CK622

It's a hybrid; shades of the RC600 in the compact body design and an MG600 style headstock.

The body is one piece of swamp ash with a translucent cherry lacquer finish whilst the neck is rock maple with an ebony fingerboard carrying 21 medium frets on a very unusual 23.5" scale length. The headstock and trussrod cover veneer is eucalyptus. The nut is from those good old boys at Graph Tech. The bridge is a Wilkinson VS100 and the machines are the incomparable Gotoh 510's; probably the best machineheads on the market today.

Pickups are a calibrated set of Mules from those very nice people at Bare Knuckle pickups and they're controlled by a Les Paul style switch and coil taps on the volume and tone controls.

All in all a very interesting and unusual guitar; but we're into interesting and unusual!
